Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placement.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details to monitor delivery.
- Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on location).
- Express Delivery: 3–5 business days (available in select locations).
- Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, holidays, or due to courier delays.
- Luna Lanterns is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We currently do not offer returns, except for cases where the product is received damaged or defective.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
- To request cancellation, please email support@lunalantern.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
- If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund (excluding payment gateway fees, if applicable) will be issued.
